Pankaj Kumar

Pankaj Kumar is the Founder and CEO of PMAM; having 22 years of experience in overseeing the operations of large multinationals corporations.

Prior to his leadership role at PMAM, Mr. Kumar was the CEO of Birla Consultancy and software service (now PSI Data system) a CMM5 and ISO company with 15,000+ employees.

He also worked for two other major companies for Aditya Birla group in Thailand and India. He oversaw complete IT departments and undertook initiatives worth millions of dollars.

He was appointed IT advisor to Chief Minister (equivalent to US Governor) of an Indian state to plan the complete IT strategy for the state, all its departments, infrastructure and setting up of a new department that will take care of these initiatives on an ongoing basis. This was an honorary position in which he volunteered his time to help the state.

Dennis White

Dennis is responsible for leading and overseeing the North American field operations including sales, business development, customer success, and marketing, for all vertical lines of business falling under the PM AM technology umbrella.

Having over 20 years of experience leading, directing, and growing software and service organizations, throughout his career Dennis has made substantial contributions to the growth of such organizations as Pitney Bowes, Lawson Software, Intuit as well as other smaller, hi-technology niche player companies.

Known for demonstrated leadership with a passionate and enthusiastic style, Dennis consistently motivates sales and delivery teams to achieve peak performance and grow revenue production and bottom-line profits. A multi-dimensional Senior Executive with good business instincts, his expertise in driving P&L leadership effects noteworthy results across the organization, as well as PM AM’s customer base.“

Oniel Gracious
General Manager – India Operations | PM AM Corporation

Oniel heads India Operations for PMAM, leading a team of 130+ talented software professionals, managing end to end operations of the business unit. He has over 17 years of experience in leading diverse teams and managing complex IT Products and Solutions.

His diversified background encompasses all aspects of technology, global delivery management, customer relationship management, product launches, direct and channel sales management and institutionalizing processes across the organization.

He is an M. Sc. in Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing. He is a certified Project Management professional (PMP) and has Master’s Certification in Project Management with Honours from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.

Daniel D. Stocking
Government Relations Manager | PM AM Corporation

Dan has been consulting with police departments and government organizations on security and related issues for more than ten years now, on behalf of PM AM.

As a thirty-one year retired police veteran, Dan brings a very unique perspective to the field of Alarm Management. With actual experience of responding to alarms as a patrol officer he understands the inherited risk of alarm response to a high percentage of false alarms and the need to be prepared for the few actual valid alarms.

For PM AM, Dan has been directly responsible for false alarm management solutions being implemented in dozens of cities and counties across the United States. His knowledge of law enforcement procedures and his ability to guide ordinance development and compliance programs has proven invaluable to agencies and communities of all sizes.

Dan is based in Colorado, is the recipient of numerous awards and honours, and he has conducted many seminars, workshops and training sessions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University in Denver.

Greg Shapan
Business Development Director | PM AM Corporation

Greg presently serves as Business Development Director for PM AM’s False Alarm Management Solution Division. For over 10 years, his background consists of business development and account management. In 2007, he was a top performer in the Corporate Sales Division for U-Haul where he was ranked 2nd in the nation. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama. Through his exceptional research abilities, critical thinking, and exemplary business developmental skills have led to PM AM’s growth in new and existing markets.

Prabhjit Singh
Director Operations | PM AM Corporation

With over 14 plus years of extensive experience in Call Centre Management and Data Analytics, Prabhjit has proved to be an asset for our organization. He oversees the complete Customer Service and Data Centre operations across our centres in Dallas, TX, Houston, TX and Colorado Springs, CO.

Prabhjit works closely with our municipality clients during the implementation phase and ensures the quick turnaround on the implementation of the services. He acts as a liaison between the City staff and PM AM Information Technology teams to ensure the timely delivery of the services. He is also responsible to ensure that the services are being provided as per the Contract specifications.

Prior to joining PM AM, he has managed Call Centre Operations for various Fortune 500 companies like Hewlett Packard and Target. He has managed team size of over 300 employees and is extremely well-versed with latest innovations in the Call Centre marketplace. He is a Six-Sigma Green Belt and has successfully implemented several revenue-enhancement and First Call resolution projects.

Chris Jones

Chris Jones is the CSR Manager at the Dallas office of PMAM. Coming from an established background in customer service, he brings with him over 14 years of customer service and management experience. Overseeing the CSR department, data entry, payment & mail processing, and client relations, Chris strives to improve the customer experience from every angle possible

Judy Vigil
CSR Manager | PM AM Corporation

Mr. Judy performs on various levels of management and the responsibilities at PMAM Corp (ATB Services).

Judy has had quite an interesting work history. He lived in Honolulu HI for 5 years where he worked at See's Candies Store as customer service representative and then as their store manager. From Honolulu he moved to Naples, Italy where he worked at the military credit office as an office clerk. From there, he moved to Colorado Springs from Naples and worked at the USAF Academy Base Exchange as a front checkout clerk and eventually became head clerk and then the shift supervisor for the customer service department.

He has also worked at Current Inc/Checks Unlimited/Deluxe Corporation where he started with data entry and went on to providing customer service as a bilingual representative. While his stint at Deluxe, he was promoted several times, eventually earning the position of bank data analyst. He enjoys helping our clients/customers and in giving them a pleasant experience.

Gary Ramey
Vice President | HCM

Gary currently serves as VP of the PM AM Human Capital Management SaaS platform. His experience includes 20 years in Executive Leadership roles with CompUSA and YES Inc. In 2006, Gary successfully launched Smart Workforce Solutions as CEO securing substantial market share in the Psychometric Test Delivery market. Gary’s most recent efforts prior to joining PM AM include serving as the Vice President of Critical Information Network which included various brands such as the Law Enforcement Training Network, LETN. His entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of various markets has proven to be very complimentary to our strategic efforts here at PM AM Corporation.

Greg Sawyer
Director | GLOBAL SERVICES

As the Director of Global Services for PM AM Corporation, Mr Sawyer manages all aspects of the sales and marketing for the offshore Product Development and Support Services division.

Greg has been serving served 13 years as a police officer with the Anaheim Police Department, since his graduation. Since 2003, Mr Greg Sawyer has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management with a strong focus on applications and infrastructure.

He acquired BS in Criminal Justice from Cal State University of Fullerton. After deciding to pursue a career in the Technology field, he and his family relocated to Dallas, Texas from Anaheim, California.
